• Automatic calendar refresh: Enjoy the convenience of an automatically refreshed calendar view when returning to the app. Events and availabilities will be up-to-date without manual intervention.
Resolved Issues
• Patient Information screen: Fixed an issue that prevented calling or texting patients and displayed an “invalid number” error message for valid phone numbers.
• Team Chat button: The Team Chat button will now be visible for multi-practitioner clinics with only one active practitioner and multiple front desk users, as intended.

In the current update, we have added the possibility to permanently delete any sent message or file in the Chat interface, enhancing security for confidential information.

We added this feature to our mobile app as part of our continuous effort to enhance our products and provide you the best possible experience in managing your patients’ appointments, wherever you are, making it easier to stay in touch and provide timely care.
This update also addresses several issues and incorporates improvements to the app's stability and performance.
New Features
• The Chat functionality has been introduced, enabling you to effortlessly send messages or documents to your patients while on the move
Resolved Issues
• Fixed an issue where clinics reported that they can no longer cancel one appointment from a recurring series after waiving the cancellation fee for that particular appointment
• Fixed an UI issue inside the Add Patient screen in which the warning message for an invalid email address was being clipped on several devices
• Fixed an issue occurring only during the fresh installation of the app in which the biometric authentication pop-up was being displayed even if you tapped on the Not Now button

We are constantly looking for ways to improve our products and at the same time to offer you the best experience possible when managing your patients’ appointments on the go.
In the current update, we have fixed several issues, improved the stability and boosted the performance of the app.
Resolved Issues
• Fixed an issue regarding interns’ permissions in which an intern without clinic calendar permission was still able to create an appointment in two other ways: using the long press gesture inside the calendar view or using the create appointment shortcut button inside the Patient Profile screen
• Fixed an issue regarding interns’ permissions in which an intern without billing permissions was still able to view any patient’s balances by going to the Balance tab inside the Patient Profile or Appointment screens
• Fixed an issue where clinics reported that they can no longer edit the appointment details after adding a new patient from the Add new patient shortcut button inside the Appointment screen
• Fixed an issue where clinics reported that they can no longer edit recurring time-offs when changing one of the events in the series from hourly to all-day
• Fixed an UI issue with the calendar days and hours being overlapped or cut off while using a larger text font size
• Fixed several corner case issues that led up to an app crash
